We were treated like we didn't matter, and what really hurt was the sheer neglect from management when we needed help. One night, there was a loud car alarm right in front of our room and it just wouldn’t stop, we called the front desk but they brushed us off like it was nothing.

This place wasn’t exactly cheap either, which really stings considering the terrible service provided.

The King Room was pretty spacious and the beds were comfy with lots of pillows. Everything was clean, which was nice. It had a fridge and microwave, which made it easy to snack and stay organized. The shower had great water pressure too. Just a solid room overall. But the door handle was super annoying, it got stuck a lot when you tried to open it.
